⁠Bus transport from Finska kyrkan to Stallmästaregården for all guests. Hop on the bus departing at 16.15—the party awaits!

Information

Speeches

We are incredibly excited to receive all kinds of speeches and performances—they are what create the atmosphere at the party! You can submit your speeches to our toastmasters, Herman Wartoft and Emelie Nylund, no later than April, 30 at toastmasters@ellenvincent.se. They know what equipment is available (microphones, speakers, and projector) and will ensure everything runs smoothly!

Children

While we love them, we have chosen to celebrate this day in adult company.

Dress code

Dark suit: Men can wear a dark suit (such as navy, grey, or black) with a tie or bow tie, with or without a vest. Women can wear a dress or skirt from knee to floor in any color (though traditionally not white, red, or black). The outfit does not necessarily need to cover the shoulders.

Gifts

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would still like to give a wedding gift, we would be delighted with a contribution to our honeymoon in Italy! Our toastmasters have provided this information in a separate email from toastmasters@ellenvincent.se.

Transport during the Stockholm Marathon

We would like to inform guests that the Stockholm Marathon is taking place on the same day, and due to road closures, it may be extra tricky to get to and from the church. Therefore, we recommend taking the subway or walking to the church. You can find more details about live Marathon road closures in this link.

We have arranged taxi transport from Stallmästaregården to the church at 14.00 for overnight hotel guests. Taxis will stop at Slottskajen at Lejonbacken, 250m from the church (6 min walk).

We have arranged bus transport for all guests on the way back. The bus will leave at 16.30 from Jakobsgatan, between Regeringsgatan and Malmtorgsgatan, 700m from the church (12 min walk).

If you have difficulty walking or need to get closer to the church, please let us know as soon as possible. A special escort will need to be arranged in advance. Please note that strollers must be left outside the church for safety reasons.

Parking

There is plenty of parking space at Stallmästaregården for guests arriving by car. Just remember to provide your car’s registration number at the hotel reception upon arrival.

Don’t forget to bring

A great mood, dance-friendly shoes, and an umbrella in case the weather decides to play a trick on us.

Taxis

We recommend Taxi Stockholm (08–15 00 00) and Uber (mobile app) for those who need to book transport on their own.
